Analysis
- Analysis and verification of project plans concerning available grants and EU programs.
- Selecting the path that maximizes the chances of receiving funding and ensures the greatest likelihood of obtaining it.
- Development of a schedule for the preparation of the application and acquiring the necessary expert staff.
- Conducting a preliminary market analysis and project cost estimate.
Application Preparation
- Preparation of funding applications, preparation of attachments, support on financial matters.
- Provision of R&D and management personnel including a R&D manager and project manager.
- Assistance in establishing cooperation with higher education institutions and R&D units.
- Making necessary amendments and additions after formal and substantive evaluations.
- Preparing for participation in an expert panel and providing R&D personnel to assist in responding to expert questions.
Agreement with the Funding Institution
- Assistance in filling out documentation and signing necessary cooperation agreements between the funding institution and your company.
Project Implementation
- We will provide the appropriate scientific staff.
- We will provide a R&D manager and a managing project leader.
- We continuously monitor the progress of work and support the achievement of milestones.
- If necessary, we increase employment to meet project assumptions.

In the process of creating a new product or invention, we distinguish 9 stages of technological readiness (TRL), describing the journey from idea to tested product – we support you at every stage.
Technology Readiness Levels (TRL)
TRL 1
If you have a problem or an undefined idea that you would like to implement - we are here for you. We will conduct necessary and appropriately planned research that will be essential and guide us in developing the next stages of preparing your idea for implementation.
TRL 2
We will anticipate what, where, and how can be applied. At this level, we will determine the best and most profitable use of the developed concept based on the obtained research results. Lacking specifics? Don't worry! This is the preliminary phase. A lot can change before we obtain a finished product or solution to your problem.
TRL 3
We already have research results confirming the most important functions or concepts of the technology. Individual elements (for now independently) work properly. This indicates that the developed technology has a high chance of functioning correctly, although it is still a very preliminary stage.
TRL 4
We now know that individual elements of the technology cooperate with each other as we expected. Initial models/prototypes work correctly in laboratory conditions. They still require refinement of details, but the most important functionalities have been achieved and verified.
TRL 5
Developed technologies/prototypes work correctly in conditions close to real conditions. We are ready for tests in simulated operational conditions. In other words, our prototype operates in conditions reflecting those in which it is intended to work.
TRL 6
The continuously refined and significantly improved prototype operates in test conditions that most faithfully simulate real-world conditions. For safety reasons, it is still in a laboratory environment, but we can already demonstrate to you what the solution to your reported problem will look like and how it will work.
TRL 7
We have made further improvements and have a nearly final version of the product – significantly more refined than in TRL 6. We have also tested it in operational conditions, i.e., where it is intended to be used. Of course, we do not stop improving the product.
TRL 8
We have confirmed that the developed product/technology can be successfully applied in target conditions. All elements and systems are functioning correctly and respond to your reported problem. We are testing its safety and producing a test series to ensure we are ready for mass production.
TRL 9
We did it! The solution to your problem, the developed technology, is a ready product in mass production. We have come a long way that has just been successfully completed!
